Full MVNO

Full technical independence from your Host MNO. All subscriber data, real-time charging authority, and service control logic live exclusively in your core; you lease only radio access under a standard wholesale agreement. Designed in strict conformance with 3GPP Releases 8–16 and the relevant GSMA Permanent Reference Documents.

Independence from the Host MNO, not just isolation

Your HLR/HSS, OCS, BSS, IMS, and signalling all sit in your core. The MNO sees a wholesale data pipe and a SIGTRAN/Diameter peering, nothing more. CAMEL O-CSI and T-CSI provisioning gives you real-time call control; the S6a, Gy, and Gx interfaces give you authentication, charging, and policy authority.

Containerised network functions on VMware ESXi, Proxmox, or KVM. Carrier-grade Active/Standby topology, multi-home SIGTRAN, signalling firewalls per GSMA FS.11 (SS7) and FS.19 (Diameter), TLS 1.2/1.3 on SIP and SRTP on RTP, and IPsec on the Gm interface per 3GPP TS 33.203.

11 phases, sign-off at every gate

HLR build → LLD documentation → physical infrastructure → core servers (DB/OP/MISC) → signalling components (CC/SBC/SD) → support servers (API GW, OCS, IMS, BSS) → media servers → test environment → MNO IP and signalling integration → MNO routing and CAMEL → final E2E testing and cutover. Each phase has explicit entry and exit criteria with formal sign-off before the next begins.
