A central OP server collects metrics, logs, and events from every VM and signalling interface; the NOC panel fans out to BSS, HLR/HSS, OCS, and SIM inventory in real time; and every operator action lands in a tamper-proof audit log compliant with ETSI TS 187 001.
Centralised observability across every VM
Grafana dashboards over Prometheus metrics, Zabbix host and service monitoring, hosted on the MISC node and reporting to OP. Real-time health checks on every interface with threshold-based alerting and automated escalation. KPI rules out of the box for attach success, PDP context activation, paging success, and voice call completion.
Real-time NOC subscriber lookup
A single search fans out parallel queries across BSS, HLR/HSS, OCS, and SIM inventory and merges them into one view: registration status, serving VLR/MSC, supplementary service states, active session details, and billing summary. HLR/HSS is reachable directly via MAP (InsertSubscriberData, SendAuthenticationInfo) over SIGTRAN M3UA/SCTP, or via Cx/Dx Diameter (UAR/SAR/MAR/PPR, Application-Id 16777216).
RBAC with tamper-proof audit
Five-tier role hierarchy from L1 read-only support up to NOC Manager four-eyes approval and Security Admin. Every action records timestamp (NTP-synced), operator identity, source IP, session ID, and before/after values to append-only storage retained for 6–24 months per national regulation, per ETSI TS 187 001.
