TAP3 Master

Most MVNOs see roaming only as a monthly total, 30 to 45 days after the usage happened. By then wrong charges are paid, rejection windows have closed, and fraud is a write-off. TAP3 Master reads each roaming record as it arrives, checks it against your agreement, and flags the problem within minutes.

Checks every record against your tariff

Files arrive over SFTP, decode to GSMA TD.57, and each rated event is checked against your Inter-Operator Tariff. Wrong rate period, wrong band, a missed volume discount, a service charge you never agreed — these are the errors that recover money. Sequence, duplicate, gap, TADIG and exchange-rate checks run on every file.

Detection runs on the records inside each TAP file, within minutes of arrival, and on true TD.35 NRTRDE where partners send it. You set the thresholds: usage per IMSI, value over a rolling window, high-cost destinations, impossible-travel and SIM-box patterns. Alerts go to email, SMS, webhook or your ticketing, and can bar or throttle a SIM through your HLR/HSS.

Rejections and reporting you can act on

Non-compliant records are returned under TD.32 inside the window, with an audit trail and escalation so nothing misses the deadline. You get roaming P&L per partner and corridor, the partners running a negative margin, dispute packs with record-level evidence, and a dashboard of every file: received, processed, rejected, resubmitted or missing.
